| • Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and technical documents. • Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment. • Familiarity with GD&T, inspection methods, and quality documentation practices. • Experience identifying, documenting, and segregating nonconforming material. • Knowledge of root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes. • Experience with first article inspections and product verification testing preferred. • Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environment preferred. • Experience with SATCOM, RF, antenna, or electronics manufacturing preferred. • Familiarity with ERP or quality management systems preferred. | Description |
| The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting product quality throughout the antenna manufacturing process. This position performs inspections, testing, and documentation reviews to ensure products, components, and assemblies meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. The Quality Technician works closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to identify defects, support corrective actions, maintain product traceability, and ensure compliance with company quality systems. | Education |
