1.2 Meter Motorized Flyaway Antenna

The Sat-Lite Technologies Model 1247 Avion Motorized flyaway antenna is highly portable and designed to meet IATA weight and dimension requirements for checked baggage on airlines. The antenna features Sat-Lite’s unique 7-piece segmented carbon fiber composite reflector designed for unmatched performance. Assembly time for either antenna is less than 15 minutes. The elevation-over-azimuth pedestal provides excellent stiffness characteristics and convenience for the user when pointing and peaking on a satellite.

In addition, the antenna is designed to meet international performance specifications for multiple applications. Multiple feed and packaging configurations can be supplied for a specific requirement that include low and high power amplifier configurations for each frequency band.

Cirrus Antenna Controller

For Vehicle Mount Antennas

The Sat-Lite Technologies Cirrus Antenna Controller is designed to automatically locate and peak on a target satellite with the simple push of a button in about 3 to 5 minutes. A user friendly interface is provided with a keypad and LCD Display as well as an enhanced ethernet GUI. The Cirrus Controller can operate independently of modems by locking on to a number of DVBS-2 carriers to positively identify a satellite, peak on it to obtain optimal azimuth heading, then move to a final target satellite. The DVB carriers can be easily programmed from the GUI and set optimally by the user for fast and efficient acquisitions. The unit includes a GPS and Compass and can provide GPS data to an external modem. The controller is designed to operate with a full array of Sat-Lite Technologies Vehicle Mount Antennas from 1.0 meter to 1.8 meter applications.

RC4000 Antenna Controller: Outdoor Mounted

The Sat-Lite Technologies RC4000 Antenna Controller is a fully weatherized unit that is pre-integrated with the Antenna System. The unit can be supplied with GPS, Compass, and DVB receiver to provide accurate position and antenna heading information. Optional Beacon Receiver, Spectrum Analyzer, and multiple user interfaces are available. The control unit deploys the antenna to an accurate elevation and polarization angle and then sweeps in azimuth to locate a signpost satellite (with known DVB signal). The onboard DVB receiver locks on the satellite and positively identifies it. Accurate look angles can then be used to peak on the final target / desired satellite longitude.
